Yay, thank you so much to the many people who came to my open ATELIER! It was a great crowd and I am delighted to say several artworks found new homes!

There was a great draw for the "Win a Painting" and I am also happy to announce my work "Berg Frieden" has gone to Mauro. He called me this morning to say the news has made his week! 

It was wonderful to have an in depth chat about art and photography with Ricci and his partner Stephan - I do love a good, meaty art discussion! Other discussions concerned how to make a print by hand without a press, or why someone prefers abstract to representational work. How great it is to live with my art and this makes them want to buy more of it to decorate their homes. 

It was heartwarming to welcome old friends, acquaintances and unexpected visitors who were all very complimentary. You have all given me a great boost and I really appreciate all the wonderful comments about my work! Thank you!
