Do you have a pile of books beside your bed? Wish you had more time to read them?
This painting will delight you - it shows you are reading, but you can't actually read the books! Perfect for hanging beside your bed!
This pile of books sat beside my bed and I thought it was not only an attractive pile, but also a feminist interesting one. On the top is "Hagitude" by Sharon Blackie (definitely worth a read if you are entering the second half of life and female), then there's the wonderful "The Baby on the Fire Escape" by Julie Philips which shows the fights female artists have always fought, finally "A Woman Looking at Men, Looking at Women" by Siri Hustvedt. Another must read.
I will send it to you lovingly wrapped in cellophane, in its cardboard mount and carefully packaged between sheets of cardboard.
