Where do you think this hallway goes? Who lives here? This hallway can be found in South Kensington. I stayed there - the house has been converted into many small flats for students, offices... However, while I was painting this, apart from the builders, I saw nobody! But this hallway is more than just a particular place. It could be the door to your dreams, it could open up onto a myriad of vistas, choose which is the one for you. It could stand for a new beginning, open up new ideas... 

This is a collection of work that I painted during various visits to London for all of you. I find the city incredibly stimulating and very beautiful. I love nothing more than painting my way around it when I am visiting friends in town. My personal homage to London - with a focus on South Kensington.
