Inspired by a painting of Queen Eleanor of Austria (ca. 1530) by  Joos van Cleeve hanging in the Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna. I sketched her and then worked the print from my sketch. So you too can know a queen... 

This is a hand burnished linocut, made without a press. So every print is a little different, just like us! She is an edition of 12. You can also buy her as a Christmas card in my cards collection! I will send her to you in a cardboard mount so she's all ready to pop in a frame. She will be wrapped in cellophane for protection.
