In the Distance
Love a mountain view? Ever felt like you were moving mountains? Overcome a challenge that once seemed impossible? Or gazed longingly into the distance, searching for something just out of reach?
From 2019 to 2022, I had the rare opportunity to paint en plein air at 2100 metres above sea level in Graubünden, Switzerland. For one precious week each summer, I was completely immersed in nature—free from distractions, able to focus entirely on the vast panorama before me.
This painting is the result of that deep connection. Let your eyes wander—you might feel something shift. A breeze, a cloud, a memory. It’s a timeless window into another world.
Painted in acrylic on paper, this original artwork will be sent securely— flat in a reinforced cardboard envelope—to ensure it arrives safely and ready to be treasured. I always recommend professional framing to make sure you can enjoy the painting for a long time.
