Why not celebrate women’s football?
This piece was inspired by the UEFA Women’s Euro in Switzerland. I spent hours sketching matches around Basel, capturing the movement and energy. From those studies, I created a charcoal drawing, then this dynamic oil painting.

I love painting the moving body — and while this work celebrates the sport, it also hints at challenges still ahead.
