I love relocating my studio to the local public swimming pool on hot days. I swim a few lengths, then settle down to do a "pool painting" - capturing the carefree summer days in a joyful atmosphere, so you can enjoy a sprinkling of this feeling all year round at home. 

When painting en plein air I normally use acrylics on cardboard. Hardy and I can achieve a depth of colour and vibrancy. Enjoy this piece, hang it in your bathroom, pool house or anywhere really to take a cool dip into every now and then! I will send it to you carefully wrapped with card and cellophane so you can then have it framed to your taste.
